Yes, we do. In all the B&B there's a Wi-Fi connection free of charge, you'll find the password in the room.
Yes, we do. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
At the moment of the reservation we'll ask you a guarantee that can be the credit card details or a bank transfer of the amount of the 1st night. You'll pay for your stay at the check-in.
The rates showed in our web site are per room per night.
Reception is open everyday from 08.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. We kindly ask you to advise us about your arrival time in particular if it's preview after 07.00 p.m. Check-in is from 02.00 p.m. Check-out at 10.30 a.m.
All cancellations must be received in writing at the email address info@latorredelcestello.it. If you'll check-in a day later or check-out a day earlier, you will be charged for one night. The reservation should be cancelled at least 72 hours before the expected date of arrival or we will be forced to charge the total amount of the reservation.
All the children under 3 years old are free of charge. It's possible to add a baby cot in the room free of charge and upon request.
No you can't, all our rooms are no smoking.
Yes, we accept small pets after confirmation by the B&B.

We are in the city center, in a limited traffic area, for this reason train is the best way to reach us. The city center can be visited by feet and parking are expensive. Anyway if you prefer to reach us by car we work with a garage with valet parking service that costs 30-35 euro for 24h.
No there aren't. At the check-in we'll give you the keys to go in and out without problems of time.
Yes, there is. You can store your bags the check-in day and the check-out day free of charge.
